You slide a launcher along the top rail to choose where to fire from, aim with a trajectory guide, then drop a ball into a field of about a hundred brass pins. The ball arcs down under gravity, scoring on every pin it clips. The pins aren't the real goal though: your real targets are eight tulip gates hidden in the field and lighting all eight wins the level and sets off the **Ōatari** jackpot finale.\n\nWhat sets it apart from other peg-and-ball games is that nothing on the board is ever removed. Pins don't break or vanish when you hit them, instead the board changes state as you play: tulip gates bloom shut and stay lit, windmills start spinning, and a fever multiplier climbs from x1 toward x10 the more tulips you light. You can slide the launcher freely along the rail, as picking your firing position is half the puzzle and some gates only open up when a certain tulip has been lit. The trajectory guide runs the same physics simulation as the live ball, so the preview never lies: line up a bank shot and you can trust it.\n\nThe whole thing is dressed as a night-time Japanese festival, with a lacquer-red cabinet, brass pins, lantern glow, and a star-field dome overhead. Pin hits play koto and shamisen plucks that rise in pitch as a cascade builds, and the jackpot lands on a taiko-driven fanfare. The pace is calm and considered rather than twitchy, closer in feel to pinball or a round of mini-golf than to an action game. It suits anyone who enjoys watching a well-judged shot pay off, plus score-chasers who want to push the fever multiplier and time the Ōatari reel. The same build runs on Meta Quest in VR, in a desktop browser and on a phone.\n\n## How to play\n\n### VR & AR (WebXR)\n\n#### Controller\n- Trigger - fire the ball.\n- Thumbstick (left/right) - slide the launcher along the rail.\n- Point - aim with the controller ray (smoothed so it isn't twitchy).\n- Grip - speed up the catch cart at the bottom (only while no ball is in flight).\n- B / Y button — pause.\n\n#### Hand Tracking\n- Right Pinch - fire the ball.\n- Left Pinch - slide the launcher along the rail.\n- Point - aim with the controller ray. \n- Left Pinch with raised palm - pause.\n\nDesktop\n\n- A / D or scroll wheel - slide the launcher.\n- Mouse - aim, the launcher points wherever your cursor is.\n- Left click - fire.\n- ← / → - nudge the aim angle for fine adjustments.\n- Right-click (hold) - speed up the catch cart, between shots.\n- Click the cabinet crown / esc - pause.\n\nMobile / touch\n\n- Drag the slide buttons - slide the launcher along the rail.\n- Drag anywhere else - aim.\n- Release - fire. Drag off the screen edge instead to cancel the shot.\n- Speed up button - speed up the catch cart, between shots.\n- Pause button - pause.\n\nTips & strategies\n\n- Aim is position plus angle: Launch strength is fixed, so a shot is defined entirely by where you put the launcher and which way it points. Use the trajectory guide, it traces the real path to the first bounce.\n- Move the launcher every shot and don't camp the center. The launcher slides the full width of the rail, and some tulip gates are far easier to reach from one side. Lighting a tulip from the far end of the rail also pays a Rail Shot bonus (+10,000).\n- Don't farm pins for points, light tulips first. A pin is worth only 10. Your score multiplier is tied to how many tulips you've lit, climbing from x1 to x10, so the same shot pays far more once the multiplier is higher. And if a ball is about to drain, steer it into the moving catch cart at the bottom for a **FREE BALL**, so a poor shot can refund itself.\n- Stall at seven of eight to cash in. At seven tulips lit you're sitting at the ×10 multiplier with one gate left to end the level. Spend a few shots there first: run long pin cascades for the chain bonus, grab the koban lucky coin (it moves each shot and pays 1,000 × your multiplier, up to 10,000) and bank style bonuses while everything is ten-times scored. When you finally light the eighth, time the Ōatari reel — it stops the instant the ball enters the jackpot gate, so a late drop can catch the 100,000. Light every pin at least once across the level and the reel locks at 100,000 for a Perfect.","A skill based game where you slide a launcher along a rail. You guide a heavy rolling ball through a walled maze to a single goal, with the clock running the whole time. The ball obeys real physics: it carries momentum, banks off walls, and overshoots when you rush it. The mood is closer to a tabletop dexterity toy than an action game, quiet and focused and a little tense when your time is good and the goal is one bad bump away.\n\nThe twist is how you steer, and you choose before each run. Joystick / Reticle is the precise option: push the ball with a thumbstick on controllers, or pinch in the air with hand tracking to drop a small reticle and pull it the way you want to go. Tilt Map is the one that sets the game apart. A shrunk-down copy of the whole maze floats in front of you, and you grab a corner and tilt it like a real wooden labyrinth tray. The full-size maze keeps running the physics; the little board is just your controller, with your ball mirrored onto it so you can read the action up close. You can also slide the board to a comfortable spot and play it like a handheld puzzle.\n\nIt runs in full VR and in AR passthrough, so you can set the maze on your own table and lean over it. Hand tracking and controllers are both fully supported, so you can put the controllers down whenever you like. It's for people who enjoy skill-and-patience puzzles, anyone chasing a leaderboard time, and players who want a hand-tracking or mixed-reality game that isn't just a tech demo.\n\n## How to play\n\nPoint at a button on the start board and choose a control style, then get the ball to the goal as fast as you can.\n\n### VR (Quest, hand tracking or Touch controllers)\n\n- Trigger: Select a menu button (aim with the laser, then pull). In Tilt mode, hold to grab the mini-maze — grab an edge to tilt it, grab the center to reposition it.\n- Thumbstick: Steer the ball in Joystick mode.\n- Grip: Also grabs the mini-maze in Tilt mode (use whichever feels natural, trigger or grip).\n- Pinch (hand tracking): Does everything hands-free. Pinch to pick a menu option, to drop the movement reticle in Joystick mode, or to grab and tilt the board in Tilt mode.\n\n### Desktop\n\n- WASD / Arrow keys: Roll the ball\n\n### Mobile / touch\n\n- Virtual Joystick: Move the joystick in the direction you want it to roll towards\n\n## Tips & strategies\n\n- Tip 1 — The ball keeps rolling after you stop steering and the ground might not be as flat as you think. Feather your inputs and ease off before tight corners instead of driving straight at the wall.\n- Tip 2 — For leaderboard times, commit to one continuous line and protect your momentum. Small constant corrections beat big jerks. Remember, each mode has their own leaderboard, show everyone you can master all of them.\n\n## Changelog\n\n### v1.0.0\n\n- Initial release.\n- Two control styles: Joystick / Reticle and Tilt Map.\n- Hand tracking and Touch controller support.\n- VR and AR passthrough.\n- Timed runs with an online leaderboard.\n\nRead more about the [making of geobeat.](https://dmnshd.gg/blog/vibe-jam-2026-geobeat)","A physics maze for Meta Quest. Each player starts with sixteen pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two bishops, two knights, and eight pawns, each moving in unique ways. The objective is to checkmate the opponent's king, leading to inevitable capture.\n\n## Rules\nPlayers: One controls the white pieces, the other black. White moves first, and turns alternate.\nObjective: Checkmate the opponent's king or force a resignation.\nEnd Game: Besides checkmate, games can end in a draw through several scenarios.\n\n### Movement\nGeneral: Pieces move to unoccupied squares or capture opponent's pieces by occupying their square.\nSpecial Moves: Includes castling (king and rook maneuver) and en passant (special pawn capture).\nPawn Promotion: Reaches the far end of the board and promotes to a queen or another piece, except the king.\n\n### Check and Checkmate\nCheck: Occurs if the king could be captured on the next move. The player must escape check.\nCheckmate: Game ends if a player's king is in check and no legal moves can remove or block the threat.\nDraws\nStalemate: No legal moves and the king is not in check.\nInsufficient Material: Neither player has enough pieces to force a checkmate.\nAgreement: Both players decide to end the game in a draw.\n\n## Credits\nDeveloped by Florian Isikci (@SrileXR). \n\nBased on a Chess project by schowdhuri. (Requires a [dmnshd.gg account](https://dmnshd.gg/auth/login))\n\n### Immersive VR Experience\nFeel the tension as you draw your bow, release, and watch the arrow streak through the cosmos.\n\n## How to Play\nArchery Evolution is a time-trial shooter: targets appear in sequence and the clock is always running, so your score is a balance of **accuracy and speed**. Draw your bow, line up the shot, and release, then immediately reset for the next target. In VR you physically draw and aim with two controllers; on desktop and mobile you aim and draw with the mouse. Pick your input method at the start and you're good to go.\n\n## Tips\n- **Accuracy first, then speed.** Misses cost you far more time than a deliberate draw. Get consistent, then start trimming the gaps between shots. Do keep your multiplier in mind, it gets nullified when you miss, get hit or the timer runs out.\n- **Lead moving targets.** Arrows travel, aim slightly ahead of anything in motion so the shot and the target meet.\n- **Settle your draw.** A clean, full draw lands truer than a rushed snap shot. Build a steady rhythm: draw, anchor, release.\n- **Learn the sequence.** Targets spawn in patterns. Once you know what's coming, you can move toward the next position before it appears.\n\n## Controls\n\nPick your input method, VR or Flat at the beginning and you are good to go!\n\n### VR\nLeft Thumbstick tilt - Movement\nPress down Left Thumbstick and tilt - Run\nRight Thumbstick tilt - Snap rotation\nB - Duck\nRight Trigger - Pull bow and release\n\n### Flat (Desktop and Mobile)\nMouse - Aim\nLeft Mouse Button Hold - Draw bow\nLeft Mouse Button Release - Shoot bow\nRight Mouse Button Hold - Draw bow with zoom\nRight Mouse Button Release - Shoot bow\nLeft Shift - Run\n\n## Credits\n\n### Lead Developer and Manager\nFlorian Isikci\n\n### Modeling\nSophia Schreiter\n\n### Programming\nDarius Patzner\nXavier Welscher\n\n### UI\nAnnie Simon\n\n### Music\n[Oliver Proslmeyr](https://oliverproslmeyr.com)\n\n### Tools\nBuilt with [Wonderland Engine](https://wonderlandengine.com/)","Unleash your Archery skills in space.
