Archery Evolution: Showdown
Archery Evolution — Showdown is the competitive answer to Archery Evolution: Time Trials: a PvP arena where the targets shoot back. Two archers, one duel — you're dodging incoming arrows in the same breath you're aiming your own, and the player who masters that split attention walks away with the ranking points.
The bow mechanics are the authentic, full-draw kind, and arrows fly on real trajectories: at range you're not aiming at your opponent, you're aiming at where they're about to be. Add movement, ducking, jumping, and cover, and every duel turns into a little dance: quick-draw exchanges up close, patient ballistic sniping at distance, and the constant read of an opponent who is doing the same math about you.
It's cross-platform: VR headsets and flatscreen players (desktop and mobile) share the same arenas and the same global rankings. Pick your input at the start and prove the ultimate VR archer doesn't even need the VR.
How to Play
Pick your input method, VR or Flat, at the beginning and you are good to go. Then queue into a duel by shooting one of the buttons on the screen in front of you.

Tips
- Never admire your shot. The moment you release, move. A stationary archer is a free hit, and your opponent is drawing right now.
- Lead the target. Arrows take travel time. Shoot at where their movement is taking them, and force them to solve the same problem by staying unpredictable.
- Use the zoom draw at range (Flat). The right-button draw trades speed for precision.
- Duck is a dodge, not a bunker. Breaking your opponent's line mid-draw wins exchanges, camping behind cover just hands them the tempo.
